Fienwerkbau 300s (1975)
I bought this air rifle second hand, and it had a lot of surface rust over the entire barrel.
On first sight I thought it needed some TLC and with it being an early Fienwerkbau 300 s , I just had to have it restored.
The guy I bought it off had not shot if for years and used it for pigeon shooting.
I had the gun serviced by a very close shooting friend and he also knew somebody that could re-blue the rifle.
It was gone for a few months and didn't hold out much hope, but everybody concerned did an excellent job.
