How I started shooting
I
started air rifle shooting sometime in the 1980's, with a team called
"War &
Peace", who by chance were one of the better air rifle teams in the
Wolverhampton Air Rifle League, at that time.
From joining the team I used to practice at the rifle range under Bilston Baths, Prouds Lane, Bilston for a few years.
I used to shoot a couple of nights a week for 2-3 hours a night.
I started shooting 6yrd paper target for local open competitions, the range also had a 10m room where some other team members used to practice.
Later on I started to practice at home, as we had cellars under the house
where I
lived, I had room for a 6 Yrd and 10m Rifle and pistol range.
